Insanely graphic.

There is one scene where an agent shoots 3 other agents. And you can pieces of their skin flying off and lots of blood.

Get Off My Plane!

A Die Hard On A Plane Rip Off , Pulled off uniquely. Entertaining and enjoyable. Violence: 4 of 5 : Guns are shot, people are killed, a man's neck is brutally snapped, death is frequent. Sex: None Swearing: Yes, Plenty. As long as your child is ok with it. As I always say, you can hear it, just don't say it. Consumerism: I don't see why this is an issue with any parent, but, yes, many brands are seen. Drinking/Drugs/Smoking: Social drinking, no drugs, smoking.

Has Common Sense Media lost its sense?

This is definitely not for 13 year olds or younger as some people have posted. The hostage situation and threats and eventual graphic killings of innocent hostages really stressed out my 11 and 14 year olds. That’s why it is R and for a good reason. How common sense media ever came up with 13+ I can’t believe. Please watch Argo or something else that does not have such murders.

Quality

Totally a PG-13 level movie

Perhaps the producers had something in mind.

I'm talking about a President who served in Vietnam (something we haven't had in real life and, unfortunately, probably never will). Harrison Ford, as President James Marshall, gave Hollywood's view of the presidency just what was needed. Marshall is both the nation's hero and a loving husband and father, standing up for the good of our nation, as well as his family. What's more, there is no sex. Even the violence is mild. That's why this movie should've been rated PG-13. Teens will have a greater appreciation for both the military and the presidency after watching this movie.

Great Movie

It was a great movie. Bloody but not to bloody, there is some swearing but that's not much of a problem, and Harrison Ford's "get off my plane," is classic.
